Student Leadership

Students are given opportunities to participate in the decision making processes of the college and develop their organisational skills through various levels of leadership.

Students are elected by their peers and staff to the student leadership team.  This team provides a forum where the student voice is heard.

In the Middle / Secondary School, elections are held annually for the positions of College and House Captains and SRC representatives.  Students also participate in a leadership training day and the Impact Leadership Conference early in the year.

In the Primary School, elections are held for Primary Captains (usually Year 6 students).

Student Representative Council (SRC)

As a part of Middle School, students will have opportunities to develop leadership. Students will be able to nominate for their Student Representative Council and work with peers to lead initiatives and contribute to the College through projects that are important to the students. They will learn to communicate with staff and leadership within the College and their peers to achieve their goals.
